For the Health Sherpa gurus.
-How do I see the eligibility results and at what time are they available?
-How does a client access his or her Marketplace policy to make changes if required?

those are great questions and I have no idea but would like to know

Since there is no marketplace account, you'd have to call the marketplace to make changes. My best guess.

You have to create an account and then pull in the application via the "find application" link with the application id you created last year (on eligibility notice) or what was create this year. That works about 85-90% of the time. If it says there is no app on file, you have to call the marketplace.
