Health Sherpa Lead Question

Had a prospect pop up as a lead on my health sherpa dashboard. In the leads tab is says "These people started but did not complete an application. You may see some duplicates. You can dismiss leads using the trashcan button."

When I call the lead and ask if they want to finish the application via my agent dashboard, should I just use the apply link on the lead dashboard or should I just start over as a brand new app? I'm thinking it might be a good idea to start new app in case they filled out something incorrectly.
