Health Sherpa question

Had an issue this morning where Health Sherpa said the client's doctor was in Lexington KY. but HealthCare.gov correctly had the doctor in Alphartetta, GA

Since they supposedly both share a common data base, how can that be?

Anyone else notice any difference in finding doctors that take a particular plan?

HS is planning on looking into it....as they said it sounded odd to them too.

Never said to rely on them, but how can they give different answers if they use the same data base? odd
