Healthcare.gov Said Never Registered

Signed up an client back in Nov. through healthcare.gov. She called in to Humana and made her payment - or so she thought. Got a confirmation number. She called healthcare.gov and Humana and they said she never registered. I did not keep any docs and now she is having to pay full price for Jan and Feb. What can we do?
 
Oh, I see the reason. Back in November they were dismantling it and working on putting all the pieces back together, you know sort of like shoe salesman trying to put a car back together after taking it apart.


So did you go through the carrier link and look up to see if she had an application at the mp? If it's there click on it, then in the left hand corner click on plans and see if anything is there.
 
Not in Humana's. What should I do next - can she file a grievance with healthcare.gov?
