Yea.....just had a client went to sherpa......ran rates....hit enroll ....was redirected to hc.gov.....and to top it off he had to put in my name and NPN number...
AND ANOTHER THING......why do you send a email to my clients with a pay here dashboard link to a account they have not set up when they applied...... no where Health Sherpa ask's to set up a password...
I second that. Stop sending payment now emails. Let us control message. Plus, they dont understand who sherpa is, and I'm tired of explaining it. Either be an agent tool, or not. But stop sending emails to clients. Confusion reigns
I kinda don't mind that...although it clogs up my email and have to keep deleting...just give them a direct pay link instead of running through Sherpa....
We can now turn that e-mail off. Login to dashboard, click on the little cog-wheel in the upper right corner, choose "settings", you'll see a slider button for turning off the "payment reminder e-mails".
ok.....WTF......this is the last thing I need today........can not get into my dashboard You do not have access to that page. If this is a mistake, please email [email protected]
