Hello Everybody! I'm New

I was recently hired by a State Farm Agent, stumbled on this place looking for info on Life and Health Classes. At my last job I only had to do P&C, no Commercial/Business either. Also, I was just customer service. Now I'm able to earn commission so I'm wanting to learn about the sales side of things.

Then I found this place and I'm finding it to be very helpful.

As you can tell by my name, I'm a new commercial P & C agent too. Really, I'm scared to pieces since as an independent contractor, it's straight comm., and my boss has given me very little guidance. My only advantage is I have been in marketing and underwriting.

Any advice would be appreciated.
