Hello to all!
Since this is my first posting, I suppose a little bit about myself should be said, and why I decided to register here.
After a period of time of working sales for American Family Insurance, my manager and I took a new position on the corporate side of the company. Now our duties mainly focus on three areas - driving sales, dealing with complaints, and recruiting new agents.
Sales activity and complaints are fine and to be expected with the current economy, but the real kicker is the loss of activity regarding producers looking to start agencies. These people seem to have dropped off the face of the planet in the last 6 months or so!
Well, that's enough for a first post I suppose. I look forward to both reading and posting more in the future.
