Hello from sunny Florida

Hi guys, I wanted to introduce myself. I've been working at a P&C company for the last 7 years and I want to get out of the "make somebody else rich business" and into "work your butt off for yourself business."

But seriously, I want to start my own agency and I'm looking for some encouragement and hoping to be able to learn from some wisdom on here.
