Your IMO is in Hartford. Didn't the original poster want an IMO in Pennsylvania? I mean, he doesn't even have his license yet and he needs some State specific hand holding it seems.

If he wants a Local IMO then Ben is not his guy . Yes, he is is Hartford . All I know , is from experience, Ben has been able to help me from a distance .
I am in Pittsburgh. Id be willing to help best I can .
