Help With a Rate Quote (U.H.L.)

Have a couple- 57 y/o male , 59 y/o female interested in getting United Home Life's "Express Issue Whole Life"(Graded Benefit). They are only wanting 3K each. My rate sheets for pac only begin with $5,000 and I don't have a "calculation" sheet to figue lower amounts. Could an agent who sells U.H.L. please give me a quote for 3K for the above ages (tobacco and non tobacco). Really apreciate the help. Thanks!

UHL has a quick quoter on their site.
Super easy. One for Wl and one for term. Can add riders also.
I have a link in my quote file on my desk top.

I don't want to take this in another direction but why such a low face amount? No details required maybe just in what kind of situation would someone want such a low face..
