I've been lurking here for awhile before posting. I'm a fairly new agent working on salary for a busy captive agent in Georgia. I handle most of the customer service for the personal lines, but am training a CSR right now so I can get back to more producing. I also do all the marketing and social media for our agency.
I haven't decided what I'm going to do once I get a handle on how everything works and head out on my own. I am thinking of going into social media training or services instead of sales, but still open to different options.
