High Commission/large Payout Additional Services

I'm looking to add additional services to my Insurance agency. I'm looking for large commission products/services. I've heard home security could be good. Looking for ideas, have a very large Network of clients.

Home Security isn't great, people can logon to simpli safe and order their own system for $300, setup and install themselves.

I have seen other agencies add payroll and accounting related services to their clients. I have lost bids on some nice accounts to them, as they can provide the work comp as a pay as you go feature, or similar.

I've known agencies that generate far more profit from their premium finance operations than they get through commissions and profit sharing from carriers.
