I am an independent agent in MN. I am looking for a high risk homeowners company that will take vacant homes. One home in particular also has 60 amp electrical service, and I don't have a company that wants the risk. I would prefer not to use a broker, and I am trying to keep this in the private market (I don't want to go to the state pool). Any input on specific companies would be much appreciated.
