HIPAA Compliant Communications

Disclaimers seem a good way to stave off trouble . . . in much the same way as signs in public parking that state "We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or items stolen from it" . . . or "No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk".

I like Hushmail because it encrypts emails, but it's a bit basic in terms of features and integrations compared to other email services.I'd suggest you stick with the standard @hushmail.com, but you can customize the domain. While Hushmail supports email tracking, it probably isn't as detailed as others you've used.If you want to keep everything HIPAA-compliant, look into amaru.co.nz. They specialize in HIPAA compliance and can help you set it up correctly.Maybe try Hushmail with some non-essential emails first to see how it fits with your workflow.
