How are you implementing HIPAA compliant email...communications between a broker and their prospects/customers where PHI may be exchanged within the text of the email or with attachments? If one uses 'outlook' can this be done?...if not, what are the alternatives?

If you have email encryption, you can send PHI to carriers and your clients. We use Barracuda. $500 year for 50 email boxes. It's cloud based. Texting is another matter. There are texting HIPAA compliant solutions.
