Homeowners Insurance FL While Doing Repairs

Purchasing house in Miami, FL 1940's house with a roof at the end of its life. I need homeowners insurance to close on the mortgage and repair the roof next day of the closing, seller will NOT repair roof prior to closing since it's a Freddie Mac Homesteps REO. They told me to look for an insurance company that will insure house while repairs are done, I just need a few days to fix roof
