Male age 70 insulin dependent. Also takes Carvedilol and Furosemide. Says he has never been told he had CHF. Will Foresters accept these 2 drug combinations?

Just ask her to wait 2 years before she goes anyway. Very strong likelihood CHF is in her chart somewhere.

Bit they would have to proof she knew about it...

Won't swear to it, but I'm pretty sure a patient is assumed to know about any diagnosis unless the chart clearly says, "Diagnosed patient with X, but decided not to tell her."

Again to the best of my knowledge, doctors don't diagnosis and decline to tell the patient as a general rule.

Honestly, there is almost no chance this person does not have CHF. You should write them GI and call it a day.

Even if you can get them approved by some carrier and they live 2 years, the carrier will certainly lose money on this case which is why you shouldn't do it. Us agents making money and being "safe" because a client lived two years is not good enough. The carrier needs to make money too or the product ends.

If you get this client a preferred or standard plan, they will die from their CHF within a time frame that will result in the carrier losing money.
