So you're saying basically if someone says their spouse just died or their house just burned down then 99.9% of the time they are lying? Just say ok, condolences, then end the call right

Turns out she was telling the truth (that or she was an Oscar worthy actress). Was able to get her applied for a term with living benefits. Just unfortunate they didn’t have it in place before her husband died.
