Former hotel manager turned insurance agent. Decided that owning hotels wasn't attainable but owning an agency was. I work in a P&C office that specializes in earthquake, over $10mil premium mostly from partnerships with captive agencies. Boss allows me to market other lines in the office with no conflict of interest hence my own website and insurance lines that he has no ownership. I have my own book of business!
Married with children and victim of the housing market. Lost most of my equity in my last transaction (short sold home). But don't matter, just one step back to take two steps forward.
