They are still sanctioned. There's no way someone enrolled in a C-HS MAPD or PDP since the sanctions were handed down. No crystal ball here, but there are audit timelines, etc that have to be met before the sanctions are lifted. So, it's not looking like they'll be open on Oct 1. Once all these audits and reviews are done by everyone, they're really at CMS's mercy. Just depends how well they've been working together in these months.
