I guess the title says it all? When doing seminars we have people RSVP. When should the mailers be received by the potential attendees? 2 weeks out? 1 week? 4?

    Thanks!

I usually do 4 weeks, 3 weeks (Final Notice) and phone calls to people I really want to attend at 2 weeks before. But as I'm sure your realize, you have to run the numbers to make sure it's worth all of that.

You want them to get the mail piece about a week before. So maybe mail ten days before the seminar.
