I want to look into RI, MA, and CT. How do I go about finding out who the providers are? Moving up North soon and need to see who's competitive.

SHIP puts out a "premium comparison" guide and updates the carriers and rates quite frequently. Google those states and the "SHIP Premium Comparison" guide and check out who is competetitve. It will show you each company, their annual premium and for ages 65, 70, 75 and 80.

As far as I can tell, there is not a market for med supps in Massachusetts. There are only 3 carriers for med supps here. BCBS has the lowest prices, and they do not have agents, but sell directly to the public. http://www.mass.gov/Eoca/docs/doi/Consumer/HealthLists/medicare.pdf

I am forced to try selling 100% over the phone to other states.

Here is another (useful?) link:
Massachusetts Medicare

Good luck!
