How Do I Guarantee My Success in Personal Lines?

I want to know. I recently started with a captive insurer and I am totally new to the industry, fresh out of college.

I didn't know what I was getting in to, but now that I started I want to make it a positive experience. I have the work ethic but not the experience.

What are your suggestions?

I'm pretty new to this industry but what I know from other industries I've been a part of is read and learn about selling, closing the sale, and always do what is ethical and right. Also don't ever let anyone else take advantage of you, there's a lot of fast talkers out there. Everything else will start to come together after that. Just my .02 cents.
