Just goes to show, it isn't necessary to understand what you are selling as long as you can brag about your accomplishments.
 
Just a quick resurrection of a comment John made a long time ago - he stated that he was physically mailing information to everyone (maybe just leads he actually had contact with.) Well, I have done it in spurts (very short ones) and have to say that the results have been very positive. In fact, I just got a call from a lead I got over a year ago who had kept my business card magnet on her fridge. So, even though these folks are tech savvy - they are still moved by the effort taken to get them the information they want.
