How does Extra Help application treat Unemployment Insurance?

I have some low income customers who WERE working and could not qualify for LIS due to counting 100% of their SS checks and 50% of their W-2 earnings, which is part of the LIS formula. Now, they are collecting UI along with that $600 that they were collecting up until July 31. . What I don't know is if they count 100% of that UI amount or is it 50% (as if it was work income)?
