How does TASC get away with online only service

each time I spoke with an agent, I received a different answer. Very sad they cant look up the correct information when you ask for it. Now, I need to set up my account, which can only be done online. I don't agree with being mandated to put my information on the internet. When I asked to have the account closed, they emailed me a form letter saying I cant close the account until I sign up online and agree to their terms and conditions. And if I don't agree with their terms, then what, they keep my money from my health savings account. I would never use or put money in an HSA again, the fees and issues they charge well out weigh any tax savings I might have had. I highly recommend you do not do business with TASC.
