How long does it typically take to hear back from On Boarding for MA plans?

With the exception of Aetna, everyone else came back within 7-10 days.Aetna 3-4wks.
Don't know anything about Amerigroup.

We are seeing 10+ days once the AHIP cert is received on the top 3.

As it gets closer and closer to AEP it gets slower and slower because there are a tremendous amount of agents that try to get in there in the last minute.

Another determinate that will delay you is background. If you have lived and sold insurance in multiple states, this runs the clock--especially if you sold in low-tech states that are slow to respond.

We do a lot with Amerigroup and they are not slower than average. Like the other posters above, they do slow down during the rush to AEP.
