I was talking to an agent who told me he is currently working 16 hours a day during AEP. I was curious to know how many hours everyone is working right now during this crazy time of year?

10-12 hours..as we get closer to the end I may have to work later, but I start to get an attitude problem after about 8:00 PM. I have to stop before I say something like "take it, don't take it, I really don't give a shitt".

The Medicare Part D AEP is 10.15.15 to 12.07.15.
