Your answers will vary widely based on markets. My average week is around a dozen, but as many as 10 of those are non-standard and a 2-3 are standard or commercial.

Seems seasonal for our agency, some weeks only 1-2 a week, then when spring/summer get here we seem to add more, maybe people are out buying new autos and homes then.

in 2017 I wrote 3 households per week, sometimes multi-policy, sometimes mono. I also averaged 0.5 commercial accounts per week (26). Mostly small, minimum premium CGLs/TPPs, but this year I am hoping to get about the same amount of commercial accounts, but I am going after premiums of $5,000+. Mostly manufacturing and getting in the door with worker's comp.

How do yall dig up new commercial clients to quote? Referrals? People that drop by your office, or an online lead system? Auto/Home I can see but commercial clients seem a bit tougher to bring in.
