How to Cancel UHC AARP Med Sup Plan F?

Do you help client cancel their existing Med Sup policy after they are approved by a different carrier? How can this be done with UHC? I am think giving them a template letter which they can fill out and send to the carrier, does anyone have an address for UHC?

I have clients call their company's Customer service number and cancel, On occasion If one is nervous I will offer to do 3 way call, I never once had an issue

I do 100 % make sure they are calling the Ins co direct and not the agent.

I never had to do 3 way call But from what I have heard from client UHC is very easy to cancel

Like Vic said, I do the 3 way conference call on my iPhone. It's pretty simple to close out a UHC medsupp.

I called UHC to cancel one for a deceased client. One call, done. Just wanted the date of passing. They sent a condolence letter to the spouse. They have some good features at times. GI under situations that others wouldn't do. Saved a family some big bills.
