How to cancell a life policy from state farm

By the way, a Spanish speaking agent is some what in demand. I know of several people here that would be happy to do some splits.

If the client never received their policy their free look period has not yet begun.

If that is the case then they can ask for a policy to be delivered and reject it for a full refund of premiums paid.

My guess is the client did receive a policy and signed a receipt to that effect.

In either event State Farm will pay them any surrender value or the refund of premiums.Client should call State Farm customer service and ask for a manager immediately, or their legal department if they really did not receive a policy. That will get things moving quickly.
