How to choose an agency ?

Can some one suggest some agency which have both Life and Health products

I'd recommend you choose a market focus rather than a "one size fits all" agency.

In general if I got appointment with one agency and if don't like can I move out with that agency and choose the other one, if yes is there any time limit ?

Check your contracts. Keep in mind that you'll have non-solicit agreements in place. Typically: 1-2 years to not replace business you sold and 1-2 years to not recruit agents from that same agency.
