How to Explain USHealth Advisors is Bad

My father got the premier plan, which just seems to be a sickness and accident plan and not health insurance, from UShealth Advisors. Going through the internet and the post that had like 37 pages, i can tell that this company is not worth it and will just cause many troubles in the long run. I raised the issue with my dad that this does not meet the minimum coverage required by the ACA and he may be forced to pay a penalty, however there seems to be much more than just that problem. How do I explain to my dad that he should switch insurance companies. What is wrong with it specifically? The other thread ->

insurance-forums.net/forum/individual-health-insurance-forum/anyone-heard-ushealth-advisors-t33531-2.html

didn't have many specifics; maybe it did but it was a big mess.

This forum has umpteen requests for that company to produce an actual benefit summary that shows benefits, limitations & exclusions, in detail. To date we haven't gotten one, and can't find one online. Mama used to say, "If they won't give you the facts, that's when you should wonder why."

Prospect calls. Owns freedom life. Doesn't like it. Needs specialist and blood work. Calls company, is told he used up his 2 doctor visits with $60 reimbursement and his 1 blood test for the year. Has health issues. Pays $500 a month. Another person screwed. Makes 30k a year for him and wife. Should be on Obamacare with c.s.r. , How is this not malpractice?

Hey guys,
Been a while since I've been in here. I didn't want to go through the whole other thread and bury this stuff. But I have the full product brochure for the premier choice plan.

As I said before it is too large of a file to upload, so if anyone can get around this like a mod or if anyone wants the summary of benefits message me.

Just checked my inbox. Didn't receive one message from anyone inquiring or from a mod.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, there are likely some agents misrepresenting the product, but it's not nearly as terrible as you're claiming it is.

The plan isn't a limited benefit plan of old, and does have a stop loss/max out of pocket.

Hey...I still think the product is crap, but you just earned a lot of respect with this post

I heard of them as a PPO...many years ago. They were trying to make inroads in my area, and fell flat on their faces. Cocky attitudes, captive agents only, if you didn't make sales, you got cut. Back then, they were NOT AN AGENT SUPPORTED CO. AT ALL!

LOL,...after looking at this thread, i did a search on my state's website----and i can't find "1", not one single agent who was working for them who is still licensed.

Wat da???

I heard last year they were making inroads into the Florida area. This time with big phone rooms. If they are doing phone rooms, they are advancing their agents mega commissions which will no doubt have to be credited back (after ppl wake up). Me thinks the agents who are selling for them, are in for a Hugh wake-up when they find out their comm.s are owed back (if they try and leave or the policies get canceled). My guess is they are Pushing "off ACA" programs (so i'm assuming they are a PPO).

****Any agency, that wants you to be captive and sell only 1 plan, is suspect (IMO).

This is the first time i've heard the suggestion that they weren't compliant. How and why they are not ACA compliant is beyond me....Anyone know?

Cow, you can upload to Google Drive, Dropbox or something similar and provide a link if you want.

You STILL did not answer the question as I suspected. You are a stooge for the greasebag company! Do your clients know that you cannot insure anyone with less than perfect health? My relative working 60-80 hours a week. You brainwash your employees, strictly commission based. When they do make a sale you keep
It!! You’re the Scientology of Insurance Scams. You are not legitimate., I challenge you to show real satisfied customers! They do t exist! Now my sweet relative has been sucked into your club of Wall Street Wannabees with a pack of lies about living rich and flashy lifestyle!
US HEALTH ADVISORS = SLEEZE AMD CHEEZE!!!!
My original question- my relative is in your pyramid MLM CULT!!! How do I go about helping them get out???? We need help. They are very threatening and bullying!!! I will not quit until this SCAM IS EXPOSED!!!

Correct it is a PPO using Unite Health Care One PPO. Solid company today. Agents taking their comp as earned, living the dream, providing excellent coverage with huge income.
