How to Generate Authentic Leads

Hi Guys- total newbie here. I have a background in Viaticals, Life Settlements, Premium Financing & Senior Settlements (from back in the hay-day) switching some gears and had a question & hope to get help.

I’m looking into MP & FE Industry:
I assume fresh MP leads come from recent recording of Public Records (if anywhere else or if this is wrong, please enlighten me), but where are fresh FE leads generated from?
