    1600 CLIENTS!! killing it bud; God, I hope you're independent. **covers eyes.

    I personally got to about 400 policies or so before I needed back office support. BUt balancing new business with maintaining current clients is probably something you'll be tweaking for the remainder of your time as an agent. Id say get Help as a start with where you are now.

    I get maybe one call a week from a client with a minor issue. Wonder why it’s so vastly different?

    with medsupp; over the phone especially. theres a TON of follow ups to cut down on Cancellations.

    About 30/70 Med supp/MAPD for me with about 2% over the phone.

    But I seriously get maybe 1 Med supp client a year call about their supp. (Outside of AEP)
