I did some research and found a good HSA administrator to recommend to clients, American Chartered Bank. There website is https://www.americanchartered.com/HSA-openNow.aspx

No setup fees
No monthly fees
No annual fees
Visa Debit Card
Optional Checks
Free Online Banking
Optional automatic funds transfer from any account.
Savings account can be converted to a self directed investment account at anytime.

Also, their website has a lot of good information on HSAs.

I also had trouble loading them by clicking on the link but when I copied them into my browser they loaded with no problem. I have re-entered them below see if they load for you now. These load for me.
