Woooow! About time for Humana to step up to the plate.
Humana is all in for DFW.
They've got an HMO with a $24 premium, $3450 OOP, no RX deductible and $5K dental benefit.
Interesting.
Not sure what Aetna is thinking for DFW. Except "Well, we have to plans there, so give them something" . Neither network or benefits are competitive.
And still want to be 99:1 on Med Supp vs MAPD.

Here’s the killer on the dsnps . They cover PET CARE on the combo card . Can be used for food , otc , utilities , cable and PET CARE . The big news is the big drop in copays on regular plans to 0/0 on some HMO’s and 0/$5 on some ppo’s . With some of these $2-$3 k moops this should really challenge med sups .
The bad side to this is you current Humana book is free agents because all the new plans have new plan numbers and can be flipped by everyone, the other thing is you other mapd book will be bombed with calls about 105 give back. AEP will be spent trying to keep your current book intact
