I've been trying to call the Humana agent service line for several days. I'm on hold for like 30 min and then just hang up in frustration.

Are you getting similar results?
Is this how they always are?

I've found calling the local rep for carriers is best.
However, I don't think the local rep can help in this case.

I just need to get Humana to give me the MAPA download link on my dashboard.
 
So I'm on hold with them right now, but its for an app status check. Let you know how it goes. On a side note, do you have access to their Enrollment Hub. If you've never used it, its so much easier than MAPA and you will love it.
 
Humana is a pain When dealing with tech issues.

When they finally get on the phone and give their solution, I learned to hold them hostage until I get it to work.

So many times I got off the phone did their solution only to find it didn't work
 
My regional office cannot receive emails from me

I even called and asked them to send me a test which I got--and they never got my response
