Humana Direct Enrollment Feature

Does anyone know the answer to this? After completing client's basic info on the Humana site it directs you to marketplace login which has agent user name already populated once you entered your password and click submit the site then directs back to the login screen however, it is blank this time. Am I correct in saying this is where the client would need to create an account or is it another glitch in system? Thanks
