Humana has posted state-specific 2015 plan information to the Brokers area of Humana.com.

The brochure attached to this post is Illinois specific. It shows the 2015 plans for our state and also some sample premiums.

Humana notified the Illinois DOI that it will be cancelling all Individual Health plans in Illinois as of 12/31/2015, and will not be in this market for 2016. A copy of the letter from Humana to the Illinois Dept of Insurance is attached to this post.
