Humana MAPD Deductible $1000

Is this correct? Humana MAPD and MA (no drug coverage) in Iowa and who knows what other states as well, now have $1000 deductible for doctors and other medical? I'm not that familiar with Humana but does anyone know if this is new this year or has Humana had this before? In addition, their MAPD has a monthly premium of $63. Geez might as well go with a Plan N!!

Is that the PPO? That $1000 deductible might only be for out of network. I did a cursory look at the SOB for an IA zip code.
