Surprised you’re using mail for Aetna MAPD and pdp. Their iPad app is a little tricky to learn initially but it works well and it’s very fast. It’ll send them a scope by text or email and the app can be completed in 5 mins

I've heard about Ascend but haven't used it yet, I thought you had to be f2f for it. Do you know if you do?

Lately though I’ve been using my Upline’s online tool and they have all the mapd’s that can be done electronically

mProducer is OK but not the easiest. For me it is still a learning process. Seems like every time a client does one something new comes up and I have to figure out what is wrong while flying blind.

I looked at voice vault and decided that was WAY too much work. The e-sig process is fine as long as you know where the land mines are.

Unfortunately I have lost a few toes along the way . . .

They will probably grow back.

You have to be “Rate Certified” to use it not in person.
