I don't sell the Humana plans, so I was wondering - how does Walmart play into it? Do they have to go to Walmart pharmacy?

No, they don't have to go to Walmart. It's a preferred pharmacy so depending on tier blah blah blah they might get better costs.

There is a big difference in copays of Walmart vs. other pharmacies though. Not just blah, blah, blah. Tier 1 is $1.00 at Walmart and $10.00 at others. Tier 2 is $4.00 at Walmart and $33.00 at others.

Most of my Humana Walmart clients avoid Walmart and use the mail order. Even bigger savings.

That's what most of mine do $0 copay for 90 supply mail order tier 1 and 2.
