    I truly belive, that had I not had one I would be doing something else now.

    The sad thing is, there are so few left in the business that are capable of being a mentor.

    Mark, a certain amount can be done on line and over the phone. However, the chance to ride along and observe is invaluable.

    I fully agree. As has been pointed out on several occasions, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed. Watching Vic work was gold to me. Same for him giving me crap over beers after I did the presentation.

    I would love to be able to train a new guy/gal. I just do not have the chops. It is am art I just do not have.
