I need this - live inbound CRM that can multi transfer!

Consumer Joe watching TV, sees our Commercial, like it, dials the phone # on screen.

Call comes into Jill our level one CSR - Jill pre-screens Joe and decides to live transfer Joe to our licensed agent Tom . . .

Here's what I need and can't find. I don't want Jill to put Joe on hold while getting Jill gets Tom on the line.

I need it seemless. Anybody know?
