I am a completely new licensed agent with no experience or sales thus far. After many interviews and offers and research and reading reviews and forums I am strongly considering a partnership with ideal concepts. I have not seen any recent discussions on them.
Why I find them appealing:
-Freeloads.
-Fairly good glassdoor reviews.
-Recruiter told me I wouldn't be captive.
-Recruiter told me that after 4 weeks of training I'd be free to create own flexible schedule.
In some older forms I'm learning that agents were captive and a min of 40 hours a week would be required. Was I misled?
Any comments of any nature, so long as they're honest, are more than welcome!
