This is an excellent question. I have the same size sign on a very busy road.

there is a tile and stone store off the 78 hwy in vista, ca. with what sounds like the same size marquee. every saturday he would change it. it always had those little 'life' quotes. like, 'it is better to unite a knot, rather than cut it loose with a knife.' things like that. it started to become that i would check to see what the saying was by making sure i went that way on mondays to work. i remember you giving advice once to a newbie. went something like 'work hard to find the right opportunity, the bad ones will always find you'. just a thought.

The local muffler shop had a sign that said "No Muff too Tuff"

Worked good for them. I'm not sure it will work well for an insurance agency though.
