IF I myself terminate a appointment can I get it once again

Hi folks I’m new here as you can tell . Quick question I was appointed with Freedom Health back in 2017 one day I logged into my profile on the department of F.S. website and terminated the appointment with them myself . Can I get that appointment back once again ? And what happens if get contracted again but with a different FMO than the one I had in those times ?

I think you're well beyond the waiting period to re-contract with a different IMO. MoO made me wait a year last time. I think the norm is a 6-month wait.

No First health is just a name . I have never been a captive agent and I will never be one
