In-person E-signing Paper Applications

Does anyone know any apps or website to have people sign for paper apps in person via e app. like an example for this link?

e-apps are company specific, in that it is the insurance company that decides whether to accept an e-signature.

Get an IPad Pro with an Apple Pencil. I download the paper apps to a PDF and save it on my ICloud. I use adobe fill & sign (100% free). I have got the OK from multiple companies who have only paper apps. Legally it's still a signature, and I love it. Way easier to stay organized, increased speed of the whole process from in the house to UW.
