Income verification

What luck are speaking about?
approval for the numbers submitted?
Timing of how long it takes to get approved?
Income doc submission is an art in itself.
KISS - keep it sweet and simple.
Pretend you are speaking to 5th graders when submitting income.
I use a simple self employment ledger 1 pager
Revenues - Expenses = profits.
100% success rate

Income docs being submitted and not being approved , kinda hard to
use a self employed doc when the person is a w2 employee

Most W2 employees have access to group.
When I do have a non group W2 client, I would send in 2 most recent pay stubs, and then a cover letter with simple explanation:
I project making $33,000 in 2019.
I will be working less hours going forward, (or more), or seasonal, etc.
KISS them.

I have a number of people probably 200 plus that are w2 employees that are not offered health insurance, doctors office, dentist groups, auto shops, truck drivers, land service biz, good luck with the above, that has not worked for me with 50 plus outstanding request

I guess when 99% of mine go thru, I must be doing something wrong.
FWIW, I haven't done any yet this year.
I always wait until Jan / Feb to submit.
After the 5th graders are worn out and finally trained.
